Unlock 5 guidelines: Theatres allowed from Oct 15 with 50% capacity; states to decide on opening of schools

The central government today (Wednesday) unveiled the guidelines for Unlock 5. Cinemas, theaters and multiplexes with 50% capacity will be open from October 15.


This will be implemented after October 15 Cinema-multiplex-theaters can be started with 50% seating capacity

Business Exhibition (B2B) will be allowed subject to the conditions of the Ministry of Commerce.

Swimming pool will be opened only for training of sportspersons.

Amusement parks and similar places will be allowed to open.

The state government is free to decide on starting school-college-coaching classes.

Still recommended to give first preference to online / distance learning only
Students who want to take online education should not be forced to attend school even after the schools open.

Only after the written approval of the parents will the student be able to go to school / coaching classes.

No compulsion can be made for attendance, it will depend entirely on the consent of the guardian
Schools will have to strictly follow the SOP of the education department even after opening.
The decision to reopen colleges / institutions of higher learning will also be taken in this manner.

The State / UT may decide on the attendance of more than 100 persons at social / educational / entertainment / cultural / religious / political gatherings and meetings outside the containment zone.

3700 crore aid package for farmers in the state announced, more than 33% crop loss per hectare Rs.  10 thousand assistance

27 lakh farmers from 123 talukas of 20 districts in Gujarat will get benefit

 No matter how little land the farmer has, Rs.  5 thousand assistance will be paid

On the first day of the monsoon session of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani announced a Rs 3,700 crore aid package for crop damage caused by heavy rains in the kharif season.  This assistance will be given to 37 lakh hectares in 123 talukas of 20 districts of the state.  This assistance package will benefit about 27 lakh farmer account holders in the state.

 Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has said that heavy rains in some talukas of the state in August 2020 have resulted in flooding of farms causing damage to crops.  The onset of monsoon in the state this year was good and timely.  In the initial stage, there was moderate rainfall and very good production conditions in all the districts of the state, but during the month of August, some talukas of the state received heavy rains and due to flooding in the fields, damage was reported to crops, mainly groundnut, cotton, paddy, sesame,  Crops like millets, pulses, vegetables etc. have been damaged.

 An area of ​​37 lakh hectares will be eligible for assistance
 The state government has repeatedly announced that the state government was considering providing assistance to farmers in the state in case of crop loss of 33 per cent and above.  Out of the estimated 51 lakh hectares of planted area in 123 talukas of 20 districts of the state, an estimated 37 lakh hectares will be eligible for assistance as per the aid norms after considering the assessment of the survey conducted by the Agriculture Department on September 19 damage in some talukas in kharif season this year.

 For 2 hectares Rs.  10 thousand per hectare assistance
 In case of crop loss of 33% and above, a maximum of Rs.  10 thousand per hectare assistance will be paid.  In addition, no matter how little land the farmer has, he should be paid at least Rs.  The state government has decided to pay Rs 5,000.  This assistance package will benefit an estimated 27 lakh farmer account holders in the state.  Not only that, if there is an assessment of crop damage in other talukas of the state, the state government will also consider it.

 The portal for online application for this assistance will be open from October 1, with the cost of applying online being borne by the state government.  Farmers will have to apply at the nearest e-gram center.  At the end of the approval process as per the application, the assistance amount will be deposited directly in the farmer's bank account online, the CM said.

 If more than Rs 7 lakh is sent abroad, TCS will be deducted
 An important rule of income tax in the country is going to change from October 1.  Accordingly, even if money is sent out of the country now, TCS will be deducted.  It has been decided to extend the scope of TCS under Section 206C (1G) of the Income Tax Act and also apply it to the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS).  That is, along with travel, education, etc., the tax will now be levied on investments made abroad.  Now 7% TCS will be deducted on remittances of Rs 7 lakh or more.

 Motor vehicle rules will change
 The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has informed that the rules of motor vehicle have been changed.  From October 1, important vehicle related documents like licenses, registration documents, fitness certificates, permits etc. can be maintained on the government-run web portal.  Now you can work only by showing a digital copy.  Records and registrations of reported crimes, including suspension, compounding and license revocation, will also be available on this web portal.

 Mobile can be used to see the road while driving
 From October 1, mobile or other handheld devices can be used while driving, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said.  But it will only be used to view the map.  In addition, care should be taken not to distract the driver while driving with the help of mobile.  However, a fine of Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 can be imposed for talking on a mobile while driving.

 Buying a TV will be expensive
 Buying a TV from October 1 will also be expensive.  The government has decided to abolish the 5% customs duty on open cell imports used in TV manufacturing.  The government granted a one-year exemption for this, which will expire on September 30.  This will increase the price of a 32-inch TV by Rs 600 and a 42-inch TV by Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,500.





 LPG can be cheaper

 At the beginning of each month, government companies change the price of LPG and natural gas.  Prices of 14.2 kg and 19 kg gas cylinders were reduced in September.  It is expected that LPG prices may fall in October.

Suppose you want to delete a message sent on 16 September 2020 at 2:11 pm from both you and other users, that is, you want to delete a message 5 days old from 22 September. If you want to delete a message from both, follow this step ...

Let's turn off the internet first.
Go to Settings and click on APP.
Then click on Whatsapp.
Go to Whatsapp and click on Force Stop at the bottom.

5. Now go back to the message or any content you want to delete and note the date of that day and the time of the message, as it will come in handy. Go to Settings again and go to Date and time option. Turn off the Use Netowrk Provided Time Zone, Time Zone or Automatic Date and time option.

7. Now here you have to reset the date, note it earlier and submit the date to delete the message (16 September 2020).

8. Set the time in the same way (for example, if you want to delete a message at 2:11 pm, set the time 5 to 10 minutes earlier.)

9. Now go back to WhatsApp. So today will be seen instead of 16th September.

10. Now if you long press to delete the message, you will see the option of 'DELETE FOR EVERYONE' instead of 'DELETE FOR ME'. Now select 'DELETE FOR EVERYONE' and delete the message.




11. After deleting, turn on the internet and go back to Date and time and don't forget to select today's date and time.

As on July 31, the state government has informed the High Court that there are 316 vacancies in the state police department. The state government had stated the above fact in its reply to the Suomoto petition filed by the High Court in the whole matter. There are currently more than 3,000 vacancies in the state against a total of 1.04 lakh sanctioned posts in the police department. However, the government also clarified that the recruitment process for 214 posts has been started and as a result, the number of vacancies will be reduced to 12.

As per the facts stated by the state government before the High Court, there are 2107 vacancies for unarmed police constables and 5019 vacancies for armed constables. Which leads the most vacancies in the police force. There are also vacancies for 3 unarmed police inspectors and 3 sub-inspectors. 117 posts of unarmed assistant sub-inspectors, 212 posts of unarmed head constables and 4 posts of armed assistant sub-inspectors have also been declared vacant. Apart from that, there are 6 vacancies in various categories of State Reserve Police. Out of these vacancies, it is proposed to recruit for 11,507 posts in 2019-20.

Suomoto's non-disclosure application has been filed by the High Court in the case of a lack of working conditions for the police in the state and the vacancy of several important posts. The government will give Rs 15 lakh to the farmers, how to get it and what is the process, find out about this FPO scheme



The government will spend Rs 6,865 crore on the scheme by 2024
The government plans to free farmers from middlemen

The government has announced big gifts to farmers. Now farmers can get up to Rs 15 lakh. However there are some conditions for getting this amount. This amount can be obtained only on the basis of these conditions. It has been named PM Kisan FPO Scheme 2020. Along with this it is believed that it can improve the condition of farmers. The government will spend Rs 6,865 crore on the scheme by 2024.

What is the purpose of this scheme?
The central government has started it to provide economic relief to farmers. So as to get rid of intermediaries. It means Farmer Producer Organization (FPO).

How to get Rs 15 lakh?
An FPO will be set up for Rs 15 lakh. It will have a farmer's group. The group will get Rs 15 lakh. This group should have at least 11 farmers. These 11 farmers have to form an organization or a company.

What money will be found here at once?
No, this money will be received in three years. That means it will get some phases.

What will be the benefit from this?
The scheme will also have group farmers who will get various benefits. The country will benefit farmers as much as it does business in agriculture. Farmers will have the opportunity to turn farming into a business.

Is it possible to get Rs 15 lakh just by setting up an agri company?
No, after 11 farmers form an agri company, it has to be registered under the Companies Act, which has to work for the benefit of the producer. Under this, the organizations will get Rs 15 lakh.

Which state will get this benefit?
Farmers in all the states of the country will benefit from it. You can create an organization in whatever state you are in. If the farmers are in the plains then 300 farmers can join them. If there is a hilly area like Uttarakhand or any other, it can connect 100 farmers.




How to apply?
So far the government has not started the registration process. You can apply for this after some time when the government will start fully. A notification for this may come shortly.
