ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકો

ઉપર્યુક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સંદર્ભ-1 ના ઠરાવથી રાજયમાં આવેલી જિલ્લા/નગર શિક્ષણ સમિતિ હસ્તકની પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળાઓમાં માનદ વેતનથી શારીરિક શિક્ષણના શિક્ષક અને ચિત્ર શિક્ષકની નિમણૂંક અંગેની યોજના વર્ષ 2017-18 થી અમલમાં મૂકવામાં આવેલ છે.

શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સંદર્ભ-3 ના પત્રથી રાજયમાં આવેલી જિલ્લા/નગર શિક્ષણ સમિતિ હસ્તકની

પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળાઓમાં માનદ વેતનથી શારીરિક શિક્ષણના શિક્ષક અને ચિત્ર શિક્ષકની નિમણૂંક યોજનામાં ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષક નો ઉમેરો કરવામાં આવેલ છે. શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સંદર્ભઃ-૪ ના ઠરાવથી ચાલુ વર્ષે ચિત્ર-સંગીત શિક્ષકોની માનદ વેતનથી

નિમણૂક આપવા વહીવટી મંજુરી આપવામાં આવેલ છે. ઉક્ત મંજૂરીના આધારે આ સાથે સામેલ પત્રક-1 અને 2 માં આપના જિલ્લા/નગર શિક્ષણ સમિતિના નામ સામે ફાળવેલ અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોની મર્યાદામાં નીચે મુજબની શરતોને

આધીન તા.01/09/2023 થી તા.31/03/2024 સુધી નિમણૂંક કરવા આથી મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવે

છે.

શરતો:-

1. સદર અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોને તાસ દીઠ રૂ.50/-નું ઉચ્ચક માનદવેતન આપવાનું રહેશે, દિવસના મહત્તમ 6 થી 8 તાસનો કાર્યભાર આપવાનો રહેશે. આ પ્રકારના અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોને મહત્તમ માસિક રૂ.9000/- સુધીનું મહેનતાણું આપવાનું રહેશે.

2. આ રીતે સેવાઓ લેવા માટે લાયકાત તરીકે વયમર્યાદા 18 વર્ષથી વધુ અને 38 વર્ષથી ઓછી રાખવાની રહેશે તેમજ અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર સંગીત વિષયના શિક્ષકો માટે ચિત્ર સંગીત વિશારદ લાયકાત ધ્યાને લેવાની રહેશે, અને વયમર્યાદા ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિઓને પગાર કેન્દ્રની શાળાની શાળા \\ble feed -

વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ મારફત કામગીરી સોંપી શકાશે. આવા ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી વખતે જાહેરાત

આપવાની રહેશે નહી કે નિમણૂંક પત્ર આપવાનો રહેશે નહીં, પરંતુ સંબંધિત પગાર કેન્દ્રની શાળા તથા તેની તાબાની શાળાના ગામોના જાહેર સ્થળના નોટીસ બોર્ડ પર વિગતો દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.અને તેની નકલ અત્રેની કચેરીને મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે. ૩. પગાર કેન્દ્રની શાળાની શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિએ તેઓના પગાર કેન્દ્ર વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા કે તે

તાલુકામાં રહેતા ઉમેદવારોની સદર કામગીરી માટે સેવાઓ લેવા પ્રાથમિકતા આપવાની રહેશે.

4. મંજૂર કરેલ અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર સંગીત શિક્ષકોની મર્યાદામાં જિલ્લા/નગર શિક્ષણ સમિતિની જરૂરીયાત

પ્રમાણે નિયુકત કરવાની રહેશે, 5. સદર અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોને કાર્યભાર સોંપતી વખતે પ્રથમ ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ના તાસની ફાળવણી કરવાની રહેશે અને ત્યારબાદ ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ના તાસની ફાળવણી કરવાની રહેશે, તે મુજબ પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળાના આચાર્ય અને ફાળવેલ શાળાના આચાર્યે કામગીરી કરવાની રહેશે.

6. પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળાઓમાં અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોની પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકો તરીકે તાસ દીઠ મહેનતાણાંથી નિમણૂક કરવાની રહેશે, જે કાર્યવાહી શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ દ્વારા હાથ ધરવાની રહેશે.

7. પગાર કેન્દ્રના આચાર્ય દ્વારા તેઓને પગાર કેન્દ્રના કાર્યક્ષેત્રમાં આવતી શાળાઓમાં દરરોજની કામગીરી માટેનું સમયપત્રક ફાળવવાનું રહેશે. 8. આ રીતે કામ કરનાર શિક્ષકોને શાળા ફાળવતી વખતે સંબંધિત પગાર કેન્દ્ર શાળામાં આવેલ શાળાઓ પૈકી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થી ધરાવતી શાળાઓને અગ્રતાક્રમ આપવાનો રહેશે.

9. મહેનતાણું ચુકવવાની જવાબદારી પગારકેન્દ્રના આચાર્યશ્રીની રહેશે અને સબંધિત અંશકાર્લીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોના ખાતામાં તે રકમ સીધી જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે અથવા ચેકથી ચૂકવવાની રહેશે. કોઇપણ સંજાગોમાં રોકડમાં મહેનતાણું ચૂકવવાનું રહેશે નહી.

10. મહેનતાણું ચૂકવતી વખતે સદર પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકોએ જે શાળાઓમાં જે તે દિવસે કામગીરી કરેલ તે શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીએ તે તારીખ સહિત કામ કરેલ તાસની સંખ્યાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર સંબંધિત પગારકેન્દ્રના આચાર્યશ્રીને રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે, તેના આધારે મહેનતણાની ચૂકવણી કરવાની રહેશે. 11. અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક કામગીરીમાં કોઈ રજા કે છૂટ આપી શકાશે નહીં.

12. સદર અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકો નિમણુંક વાળી શાળામાં યોગ્ય કામ કરે છે કે કેમ ? તેની ચકાસણી કરવા તથા બિનજરૂરી કામગીરી/ચુકવણું ન થાય તે માટે યોગ્ય વ્યવસ્થાતંત્ર જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી/શાસનાધિકારી એ તેમની કક્ષાએથી ગોઠવવાનું રહેશે. 13. પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં બાળકોનું શૈક્ષણિક કાર્ય ચાલુ હોય તેટલા દિવસ પુરતા જ અંશકાલીન

ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકને કામગીરી કરાવવાની રહેશે અને તે કરેલ કામગીરીના દિવસો પૂરતો જ પગાર

ચૂકવવાનો રહેતો.

14. આ યોજના અંતર્ગત નિયમાનુસાર અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર સંગીત શિક્ષકોની નિમણુંક અને માનદ વેતનની ચુકવણી થાય તે અંગેની તકેદારી સબંધિત અધિકારીશ્રીએ રાખવાની રહેશે. તેમજ તેમા ચૂક થવાને કારણે ભવિષ્યમાં કોઇ વહીવટી કે કાયદાકીય પ્રશ્ન ઉપસ્થિત થશે તો તે અંગેની સઘળી જવાબદારી સબંધિત અધિકારીની રહેશે.

15. એનેક્ષર-1 અને 2 અનુસાર મંજુર કરેલ અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોને ચૂકવવાના થતાં માનદવેતન માટે આ સાથે સામેલ ગ્રાન્ટ માંગણી પત્રક જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી/ શાસનાધિકારી એ રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે. હાલ સપ્ટેમ્બર-2023 માસના ખર્ચને ધ્યાને લઈ માંગણાપત્રક રજૂ કરવાનુ રહેશે, જે ખર્ચને ધ્યાને લઈ આ કચેરી દ્વારા ત્યાર પછીના દર માસે ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે. જો સત્રના મધ્યમાં અત્રેથી ફાળવેલ અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોની મર્યાદામાં નિમણૂંક આપેલ પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકોની સંખ્યામાં વધારો કે ઘટાડો થાય તો તે અંગેની જાણ અત્રેની કચેરીને કરી નદઅનુસારની માંગણી કરવાની રહેશો.

16. આ સાથે સામેલ પત્રકમાં જિલ્લાવાર મંજૂર કરેલ પ્રવાસી શિક્ષકોની સંખ્યા પ્રમાણે જ નિમણૂંક કરવાની રહેશે. વધારાની કોઇપણ નિમણૂંક થશે તો તેવી વધારાની નિમણૂક માટે જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારી/શાસનાધિકારીએ પદરના ખર્ચે ચૂકવણી કરવાની રહેશે. 17. ઉપર મુજબની સુચનાઓનો ચૂસ્તપણે અમલ કરી પગારકેન્દ્ર શાળાઓમાં માનદ વેતનથી અંશકાલીન ચિત્ર/સંગીત શિક્ષકોની નિમણૂંક આપવાની રહેશે.

 The rapid-fire intensification( RI) will continue through the coming 12 to 24 hours, fueled by the favorable environmental conditions, reaching a peak intensity of 195 km/ h( 105 knots) by 24 hours. Afterward, it'll move more northward and round the ridge axis before making landfall between Veraval and Mahuva, India, shortly after hours 36. later, the network will commence to weaken due to land intercourse. 

After landfall, the cyclone will hastily erode as it tracks across the strong terrain, leading to dispersion by 3 days, maybe sooner. Forecast guidance has stretched in agreement with a gradual and indeed spread, now only 126 km at 36 hours and increases to a very maximum of 357 km over the following 3 days. 

Track assurance remains high up to 2 days, also low confidence later as the network will be overland. The JTWC track predicting is laid narrowly to the right and a bit briskly than the model agreement after 36 hours in expectation of a more violent cyclone than what CONW suggests.  Maximum significant wave height is9.4 meters( 31 feet).

With the goal of reaching out to large numbers of smartphone users, the new mAadhaar is released by the Unique Identification Authority of India. The App features an array of Aadhaar services and a personalized section for the Aadhaar holder who can carry their Aadhaar information in form of a soft copy, instead of carrying a physical copy all the time.

The key features in mAadhaar:

• Multilingual : In order to ensure the Aadhaar Services are accessible to linguistically diverse residents of India, the menu, button labels and form fields are provided in English as well as in 12 Indian languages (Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu). After installation, the user will be prompted to select any of the preferred languages. However, the input fields in the forms will accept data entered in the English language only. This is done to help the user avoid facing the challenges of typing in regional languages (due to limitations in the mobile keyboards).

• Universality: Resident with or without Aadhaar can install this App in their smart phones. However to avail personalized Aadhaar services the resident will have to register their Aadhaar Profile in the App.
